About QapturEvent

QapturEvent exists to solve one problem: the best photos from any wedding, party, or gathering are scattered across dozens of guests' phones, and most of them never make it to the host. QapturEvent gives every guest a QR code instead of an app to download — they scan, snap, and upload straight from their own phone's browser, no account required. The host gets everything in one dashboard, ready to download as soon as the event is over.

It's a self-hosted application: whoever set up the instance you're using is running their own copy of the software, on their own infrastructure. There's no central QapturEvent company holding your photos — they live in that operator's own storage, under the terms they've set out in their Privacy Policy.

The project is intentionally scoped for a single event at a time, run from a single small server — no unnecessary infrastructure, no accounts for guests, no dark patterns. Just a fast way to collect every angle of the day.
